Arlene oversees accounting, payroll, and purchasing for The PT Services Group. She has more than 20 years of experience managing professional service offices, including an insurance and estate planning firm, and has been with us since 1998. Her expertise increases our efficiency, which helps us to serve clients.

Greg has been with The PT Services Group since 2013, and manages a diverse team of sales associates who make up the Employee Benefit department. His 25 years’ experience in Sales, Human Resources, and Call Center Management allows his group to successfully focus on the on-going needs and expectations of our national portfolio of Health & Welfare clients.

Gretchen Ocilka

Administrative Support Services

Gretchen supports all of PT’s team members and departments, including Finance, Client Success, Sales, and Operations. Just a few of her duties include payroll and billing, processing client feedback and requests, and compiling daily and monthly company reports. Prior to joining PT in 1998, she was an English teacher and tutor.

In her spare time, Gretchen enjoys reading, hiking, biking, and kayaking.

National Director of Client Success

Joe coordinates the day-to-day implementation and management of our clients’ appointment setting programs. Since 2002, he has had multiple roles for the PT Services Group including marketing, quality assurance, and sales providing him with a “big-picture” perspective.

On a personal note, Joe is a passionate Pittsburgh Penguins fan and enjoys all things Star Wars. Joe and his wife are always exploring new restaurants/breweries/exciting things to do and experience in the south hills of Pittsburgh.

Pete is responsible for the development and nurturing of sales skills throughout The PT Services Group. With more than 20 years of sales training and coaching experience, Pete is a valuable resource for Sales Associates. Pete also works with Business Intelligence clients, helping them make the transition into full-time clients.

Candis Williams

Sales Team Leader

Candis has been with the PT Services Group since 2009. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Compensation, Business Succession and Managed Services calling teams. Candis also spearheads many of the company’s community outreach and philanthropic endeavors. With 30+ years of sales and sales management experience, her expertise is in all aspects of B2B sales primarily in the Information Technology sector.

Jamin Epstein

Director of Quality Assurance

Jamin is responsible for managing the daily flow of appointments set by the Sales Associates so that our clients are positioned for the most favorable meeting outcome. PT has been Jamin’s home since 2010 and he has had various roles at the firm. Prior to PT he had over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. During his off hours, he enjoys reading biographies, watching all sorts of documentaries and playing golf. He has a daughter finishing college to become an Art teacher.

Director of Marketing

Leigh handles all the marketing, social media, and content creations efforts for The PT Services Group. She has run her own consulting firm since 2020 helping business and nonprofits achieve their marketing, communications, and PR goals. Prior to launching her consultancy, she enjoyed the great pleasure of a varied, exciting, 25+ year career. It's included marketing and communications work at various organizations.
Leigh lives in the city, with her husband Tim and puppy Edie.
