Controller
Arlene oversees accounting, payroll, and purchasing for The PT Services Group. She has more than 20 years of experience managing professional service offices, including an insurance and estate planning firm, and has been with us since 1998. Her expertise increases our efficiency, which helps us to serve clients.
Joe DeMarco
Director of Business Operations & Data Intelligence
Joe oversees operational efficiency, process improvement, and team development, drawing on more than 25 years’ experience with the organization. Joe bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to supporting our clients and team members while helping drive the company’s financial performance, growth, and long-term success.
On a personal note, Joe is a passionate Pittsburgh Penguins fan and enjoys all things Star Wars. Joe and his wife are always exploring new restaurants/breweries/exciting things to do and experience in the south hills of Pittsburgh.
Candis Williams
Director of Campaign Integrations
Candis has been with The PT Services Group since 2009. She is PT's Director of Campaign Integrations. She works with clients to connect their campaigns with PT’s calling programs and helps manage those campaigns within their CRM platforms. Candis brings the people, processes, and technology together to support organized, effective campaign execution. With 30+ years of sales and sales management experience, her expertise is in all aspects of B2B sales primarily in the Information Technology sector.
Greg Zdilla
Director of Client Success
Greg serves as Director of Client Success at The PT Services Group, working closely with clients to support their appointment-setting programs and business goals. With PT since 2013, he draws on extensive experience in sales, human resources, and call center management to build strong relationships and respond to clients’ evolving needs. Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and three children—two in college and one in high school—as well as golfing, traveling, working outdoors, and cheering on Pittsburgh’s sports teams.
Jackie Clark
Client Success Manager
Jackie Clark serves as Client Success Manager at The PT Services Group, helping clients build strong appointment-setting programs and achieve their business goals. Passionate about helping people grow professionally, personally, and physically, she brings dedication and encouragement to her work and everyday life. Outside of PT, Jackie cheers on her two children in high school sports and is an accomplished marathon and ultramarathon runner, having completed multiple 50Ks and 50-milers, a 100-miler, and several marathons including two World Major Marathons.
