Pittsburgh, PA –The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has ranked PT Marketing #4 on its annual list of Top Places to Work in the Pittsburgh region (small companies division).
More than 1,000 regional employers were nominated by their employees and a total of 47,555 employees in the Pittsburgh region were surveyed on their companies. The final list had 85 companies ranked as Top Places to Work.
The ranking is based on employees’ responses to a series of questions about the organization, including its direction, leadership, career opportunities, work flexibility, compensation, and benefits.

To integrate employees in the workings of the company, PT Marketing has created committees for all employees to express their views on how to help develop the direction of the company. Employees volunteer to join the Employee Experience, Client Experience, Community Outreach or Social Committee. Each committee has had a direct influence on internal processes within the company.
